Ingredients :
- 6 tsp Yellow Pigeon Peas ( Thuvara Parippu/ Toor Dal)
- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 tsp Black Pepper Corns
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Dry roast them in a medium skillet till the peas start turning brown.
- Grind to a fine powder using a spice grinder .
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
